Vertically integrated

A single group responsible for every stage — design, construction and hotel operation.

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Patong, ESM Company Group brings development, construction, and hospitality together — end-to-end control over the entire property value chain, from first sketch to daily operation.

The Group

Three specialised companies.

Each company leads its discipline; together they cover the entire property value chain.

ESM Development

Acquires and master-plans land into hotels and residences — design, EIA and construction permits handled in-house.

ESM Construction

Main contractor for both hotels and condominiums — building the group’s own projects and works for external developers.

ESM Hospitality

Operates the group’s properties end to end — hotels today, with The Vibe Residence to come.
